Mount Assiniboine Lodge
Located adjacent to Banff National Park, just two hours drive from the Calgary International Airport.
A spectacular helicopter flight from a site west of Canmore, Alberta brings you to this historic log lodge on the Great Divide (the Divide forms the border between Alberta and British Columbia). You can also hike or ski the 28km into Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park and the lodge.
The lodge is situated at an elevation of 7,200 feet (2,180m) and is flanked on one side by Mount Assiniboine. The lodge is owned by British Columbia Parks and has been managed by Sepp and Barb Renner since 1983.
2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 night options are available, all stays are based around the helicopter flight days.

Facilities:
- Norwegian style log building decorated with hand painted doors and unique elkhide furniture
- 6 lodge rooms sleeping two people each
- Three outhouses located near the main lodge
- Sauna/shower house with separate shower for men and women
- 6 one-room log guest cabins adjacent to the lodge (4 private cabins for two people, 2 shared cabins that can accommodate three-five people each)
- No smoking
- No pets
- The Lodge has a liquor license for wine and beer

- Magog Lake campground (first come, first served)
25 designated sites with gravel pads
4 outhouses, water tap, metal storage boxes for food. BC Parks recommends boiling the water. No open fires permitted in the core of the park. Pack out all garbage - Og Lake campground (first come, first served)
